We all hear some form of “I’m Too …” all the time.
As yoga teachers, we tend to hear:
“I’m not flexible. I’m too stiff.”
“I’m not in yoga shape.”
“I’ve never done yoga before.”
“I’m too nervous.”
“I’m too busy.”
“I’m too scared.”
“I’ve got this in my body, and this in my body, and …”
In all reality, we are all too busy and none of us are perfect… but yoga is worth your time and your health. It’s worth your strength and your weaknesses. It’s worth work and relaxation. It’s worth your time because you are worth it. It’s worth your effort because you are worth it. With your effort comes some ease. That’s the balance of yoga, finding effort in ease and ease in effort. We’d love for you to join us and work on the balance we call yoga. It’s for every body, every attitude, every degree of flexibility, and every person regardless of what you walk into the door with.
