Jon began practicing yoga in 2010, as a complement to distance running and strength training. After practicing for several years and experiencing the health benefits of a yoga practice, he completed the RYT 200 hour teacher training in 2016, studying under Jacqueline and Betsy at Community Yoga in West Lafayette. He aspires to introduce others to the benefits of yoga for the body, mind, and spirit.
A graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (B.S. Chemical Engineering), Jon also works at Purdue University as the campus Energy Group Manager. Outside of work and yoga, he enjoys family, reading, trail running, and craft beer.
