Meridith started attending yoga classes with her mom at an early age but deepened her own yoga practice during her undergraduate studies at Purdue University. Her yoga practice further intensified when she began her PhD work at Purdue studying Medicinal Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology in 2013. Since then, she has found yoga to be wonderful physical and mental escape from the rigid nature of scientific research and responsibility. To continue her yoga education, she studied under Jacqueline Allen-Magers and Betsy Totty for her RYT200 certification in 2016. Meridith has a strong curiosity for all things mind and body and hopes to share her enthusiasm for life with all of her students. In her free time, she loves to stay active outside, try new foods, and spend time with her family.
