Prenatal Yoga 4 Week Series
Prenatal Yoga empowers and strengthens those who are preparing the body for the birthing process. This class specializes in safely helping those in their 1st, 2nd, or 3rd trimester of pregnancy; partners/spouses, postnatal, and all other yogis can attend too! All levels are welcome.

Kids Yoga Camp
In Yoga Camp, children will learn simple ways to help keep bodies healthy and minds calm. Each day of camp will feature different yoga poses, instructive stories, cooperative games and creative meditations. Having healthy fun will be our top priority. The camp is designed for kids aging from approximately 1st grade to 6th grade. Parents are welcome to leave or stay and watch.
Please remember that every minor needs a New Student Form completed by a parent or guardian to practice at Community Yoga. If we don’t have a form on file for your child(ren), you can find the forms on our website or at the studio.

Essential Oils and Yoga
A 2 hr workshop combining DoTerra essential oils and an all levels yoga sequence led by Jacqueline and Nicole. We will have an informational discussion talking about how to use oils in your life and in your practice, followed by therapeutic application of essential oils during our 80-90 minute class. You'll go home with essential oil samples, knowledge, and a great practice.
Each workshop will have a different educational focus. This workshop will focus on how to use the oils and then address cooking with them with some snacks.
Registration in advance is required for this workshop to receive sample oils.

Yoga Wellness Series

Yoga Basics 2 Hour Workshop
This workshop is intended to take the intimidation out of trying something new. This course will give you plenty of space to ask questions and will help you build community with other new practitioners. In class we will introduce you to several of the classical yoga postures and give you a brief overview of the deeper dimensions of yoga. We will demonstrate each posture, teach you how to use props and help you find a variation that fits your body type and strength level. Beginners and anyone looking to get back to the basics is welcome.
