Angie’s passion for Pilates started 13 years ago after the birth of my fourth child. She had always had a lot of back and neck issues throughout her life, but hadn’t realized how much it affected her until after the birth of her son. She was very frustrated with her body and couldn’t figure out why the weight didn’t just come off as easily as it once had. She tried all of the “typical” methods but with very minimal results and her back was really bothering her. Her friend suggested that she try reformer pilates. She said it is more than an exercise, it will balance your body and fix postural issues. Angie was very skeptical, but tried it anyway and the rest is history!
After taking classes for 3 years her instructor approached her about becoming a Pilates instructor. She had always been a stay at home mom and was not sure she could do it. After much coaxing, she decided to give it a try, and she has been teaching Reformer and Mat Pilates for the past 10 years and received her PMA Certification in May of 2017! Pilates is truly her passion and she really enjoys helping others become strong, free of pain, and attain personal goals that seem unattainable! Come try out a class today, you won’t be sorry!!!
