Laura Dieter

Laura is very passionate about health and wellness.  As a registered nurse for the past 12 years, she has a unique understanding of human anatomy and physiology, as well as, the importance of taking care of the body.  She graduated from Purdue University with a degree in child development and family studies.  After a year of working, she decided to go back to school and pursue to degree in Nursing.   After years of lifting and running, she found pilates and fell in love with the method.  Pilates changed the way she worked out and when she realized she didn’t have to kill her body to get a great workout in, she never looked back.  She decided to take her knowledge of the human body and combine that with her passion of pilates.   She became a Comprehensive Balanced Body instructor this past summer, but has been teaching for the past three years.  When she isn’t teaching, she is raising her two sons with her husband.
