Sarah began practicing yoga in college, finding a love of asana that has stayed with her since. As she continued practicing, her relationship with yoga grew. This motivated her to pursue a deeper education in yoga, completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Jacqueline Allen-Magers and Betsy Totty in 2017. Sarah continues to learn more about yoga every day, and hopes to share that knowledge and inspire others through teaching.
Sarah has a BA in Fine Art and English, and is pursuing a Master’s in Public Health with a focus on health statistics. Her interests off the mat include art, food, reading, karaoke, and spending time with her friends, fiancé, and rescue cats.
