Saturday, February 28 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (with a break for lunch)
Location: Community Yoga & Pilates Studio
The Community Yoga & Pilates Teacher Training is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of Pilates - whether your goal is to teach or to strengthen your own practice with greater clarity, confidence, and skill.
This training offers a comprehensive foundation in Pilates principles, movement mechanics, and mindful cueing. While many participants will go on to teach, teaching is not required to benefit from the program. Graduates will leave with a strong grasp of the art and science of Pilates and a clear pathway for continued study.
This training serves as an introductory certificate program, preparing students for future advanced modules and nationally recognized Pilates certification pathways if they choose to continue.
