Amanda has been practicing yoga consistently since 2017 when she began attending classes at Community Yoga with her sister, Olivia. Yoga has impacted her body and mind in ways she never could have imagined, helping her to feel strong, confident, and relaxed. Off her mat, yoga has helped Amanda to breathe and stay centered throughout her busy day as a high school math teacher.
Amanda completed her 200-hr yoga teacher training with Jacqueline Allen-Magers and Betsy Totty-Louks this year and looks forward to sharing her love of yoga and its powerful impact with others. Amanda enjoys singing, playing with her fur babies, and spending time with her fiance in her free time.
