Becki was first introduced to yoga as a pre-teen but did not discover her passion for meditation and mindful movement until 2019. She has been attending Community Yoga since 2022 and completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification with Jacqueline and Betsy in 2024. For Becki, yoga is more than just finding strength and flexibility through physical postures; meditation, contemplation, and a connection with Nature are fundamental to her practice. She hopes those who take her classes leave feeling more present, grounded, and able to bring yoga into their daily lives, on and off the mat.
