Beth McCuskey has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and completed the 200-hour
teaching certification last year at Community Yoga. Initially she was drawn to yoga for
its fitness opportunities. Over time, she grew to appreciate the beauty that happens
when movement and breath align, enabling the mind to free itself from trivialities and
support positive attributes such as gratitude and grace.
Beth’s has a long career in higher education administration where her role has always
been to help students flourish. She currently works at Purdue where most recently she
has been engaged in efforts to support student well-being at both the individual and
community levels.
