Hana has dedicated her life to movement and wellness, a journey that began with her own experience managing scoliosis and back pain. Strength training was her foundation for many years, but it wasn’t until she discovered Pilates that she truly understood the power of core strength in supporting spinal health. Inspired by its transformative effects, she deepened her practice, finding relief and resilience through mindful movement.

A life-changing yoga class during a vacation in Mexico introduced her to Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga—an experience that challenged her physically and uplifted her mentally. From that moment on, yoga became an integral part of her life, guiding her through pregnancy and empowering her body for motherhood.

With a background in biochemistry, Hana blends scientific understanding with a deep appreciation for holistic movement. Her passion now lies in helping others, particularly women navigating menopause and those dealing with back pain, to find strength, balance, and relief through yoga. She believes that movement is medicine and is dedicated to sharing the healing benefits of yoga with her students.
