Jay started practicing yoga in 2011 and has been practicing ever since. He was drawn to yoga to help with back pain and mental relaxation from his lifelong military career. His practice has helped him find comfort in his body, but more importantly comfort in his mind. He uses his practice to help overcome obstacles that present themselves throughout the day. Jay is a 200 hour RYT that graduated from his training in 2015. He’s been teaching ever since. Jay is also a Crossfit Level 1 coach. He enjoys coaching and teaching all skill levels and helping people find a balance of comfort and strength in their body and in their mind.
