JoAnn wants students to have a safe, healthy, and happy yoga journey. Her classes are well-rounded & always incorporate strategies for self-care and balance in daily life.
JoAnn’s passion for movement began as a cross country runner and group exercise instructor early in her life and has continued throughout adulthood as a yoga student, avid half marathon runner, a professional physical therapist and a NASM personal trainer. Yoga is her passion though because of the emphasis on mind, body, and spirit.
She enjoys LIVING, appreciating beauty in “ordinary” moments, and has a unique ability to inspire her students to do the same.
