Yoga Basics Series
This is a four-week series of classes designed to teach the foundation of yoga. The Yoga Basics is perfect for those new to yoga, those coming back to yoga after taking some time off, and those who want a refresher on yoga fundamentals. Learn foundational yoga postures and alignment, breathing practice, meditation, deep relaxation, and basic yoga teachings. Each week will focus on a specific set of postures, building sequentially to a full class. The total price for this workshop is $50. You can also use your regular class pass.
