Where It All Started

The seed of all that is possible is present at the very beginning. In yoga, there is no waiting and no delayed gratification because it is both the means and the result.”

What started out as a dream came out to be a tangible reality — a simple idea that later on blossomed to be the core of a sustainable, soul-enriching community.

This is the seed where Community Yoga came from.

A dream. A vision. A goal.

Turned into —

      a pathway for those who seek refuge for the soul;

             a sanctuary to those who yearn for a serene mind;

                   and a place where you connect with your inner self.

The goal is to create a studio, but the dream

is to foster individuals in a community that enriches the soul & the mind.

Prior to its origin, Jacqueline Allen-Magers, the head Yogi of the community, envisioned a Yoga studio of her own. She knew deep inside that yoga is her passion and that she would not want anything else but to open a studio for fellow Yoginis like her.

…and when a Yogi aims something, all means are done to reach the end goal.

The goal has been fulfilled since 2014.

Thanks to a lovely couple, Summer and Tammy, who entrusted Jacq with the studio.

See? A dream turned into a reality.

From a Yoga teacher to a sole proprietor of a growing Yoga community.

Namaste.

Lesson:

Never underestimate the power of the mind. When you aim for something, put your heart and mind into it; never stray away from your goal. In time, you’ll be surprised that what you’ve been wishing for is standing right in front of you.
